Third quarter net sales up 5.2%

Ahlstrom’s net sales in the third quarter of 2024 increased by 5.2% to €742.7 million ($796 million) on higher average selling prices. Net sales of the Filtration & Life Sciences segment were €182 million ($195 million) in Q3 2024, up from €171 million ($183.2 million) in Q3 2023. Net sales of the Food & Consumer Packaging segment were €308.7 million ($330.8 million) in Q3 2024, up from €293 million ($314 million) in Q3 2023. Net sales of the Protective Materials segment were €238.9 million ($256 million) in Q3 2024, up from €217.9 million ($233.5 million) in Q3 2023.
